Warhammer T1 can be done in about 6 hours, T2 in about 12, T3 and T4 probably about 16 hours each.
1. In T1 start by doing the basic quests then run scenarios repeatedly and do quests while queued. Do NOT waste time grinding T1 mobs, this is inefficient at this level.
2. In T2 scenarios remain a sound way to level, but I find running good PQs will really speed you up too. ( Warhammer Gold )
3. By T3 questing becomes fairly necessary for fast leveling, with some scenarios to supplement. Grinding mobs becomes very efficient if you have an AoE class. I don't know the Order grind spots but I'm sure plenty exist.
4. T4 will level by far fastest with quests, in my experience MUCH faster to do Chaos and Greenskins and ignore Dark Elf, possibly the same on Order . ( Warhammer powerleveling )Scenarios help but only if you win so unless you have a good win rate skip this.
ORvR is at no point in the game the fastest way to gain xp, though it is always a very efficient way to gain renown, topped only by assured victory scenario premade farming.
