We did some calculating, and if you get a 35%+ melee 82 ancient sword and 79 ancient dagger, with all your offense buffs, 4 wings of solemn death, and doing 1 strength per level(Rohan Crone), you have about 2500 melee attack in crazy standing at level 70.
Which is how much we have normally with level 6 empower at level 68 in Rohan, and even without fixating. Our normal hits definitely break through physical defense, so 1 strength per level(Rohan powerleveling) is plenty to pull this off, assuming you can afford to craft the equipment.
