Note: If a person wants Max PKB, then they should decrease from Soul Arrow and Bow Booster.
Explanation:
This build is for Bowmen that want to utilize the Pros of Final Attack. Other than the Cons of Final attack, the only downside to this build is that it does not have max PKB, which although may be useful is not necessary.
