1. INT support priest (chitin+8/15) :
174 INT
104 STR
rest into HP
If you only plan to use chitins+7, you need 2 points less in both INT and STR, so you can put 4 more points into HP instead. Chitin+8 is basicly the best type of armor you can wear in ardream as a support priest .
2. HP support priest (fullplate+8/15 or 9/19) :
158 INT
101 STR
rest into HP
The difference with chitin priests is that you get more HP points. Its easier/cheaper to get 8/15 armors, and if you have enough coins you can even get 9/19 HP points. Having high HP offers some advantages. Ardream skills are in general rather weak, so you get more use out of HP bonusses. Having more HP can also compensate the lack of elemental resistance. The chitin build works better when ganged up by many melee chars (especially with chitin8s). The fullplate HP build is better when facing allot of mage etc.
3. Support priest items
1) 25 DD helmet ( a must for ardream. Get whatever grade you can afford. A chitin+8 DD helmet is also a good option )
2) shields : People tend to buy 1 shield and stick with that. There is 3 shields that you should concider:
general shield : Dread shield +7 is the man for the job. Any priest should have this:
DD shield : Ardream is full of sins. if you are getting swarmed by 3 or more assassins, you should switch to a pure DD shield like a 32DD or if possible a 40 DD shield. Octagon shield +4 is the limit for ardream INT priest so dont buy anything that needs more STR statted.
elemental shield : A +6 (or better) scorpion shield is always handy when facing lots of mages, or when you have to tank towers near the enemy base. If you cant afford this, you can also get a regular +8/15 HP shield. It won't be as effective as a scorpion shield, but it crancks up your HP so you can take a little more beating.
4. Uniques : This is rather simple. AC and HP are the main goal, keeping in mind resistance aswell. You don't wanna get iced every 5 seconds as you have to stick close to your partymembers.
rings: Ring of life > ring of magic > foverin/shio tears > ruby ring or quest ring
ears: secret silver earring > cleric earring/white silver earring > bronze earring or quest earring
belt: ironbelt > glass belt > skeleton belt > string of skulls > kekuri belt or bronze belt or belt of life or quest
neck: iron necklace > elemental pendant > warrior pendant > lycaon or quest pendant
If you focus too much on HP and AC you risk taking to much damage from mages and getting iced/stunned. But you will figure that out as you go along.
5. weapons :
If you have enough HP and AC =>lycaon hammer>lupus hammer>smite hammer
If you have enough resistance and HP =>holy animor
