There are many monster in Abyss.They drop gems.This guide will tell you that how to get there, and a lot about the abyss gems.
-- Many monsters drop these gems, but the easiest I have found is to be the cave leeches. They can easily be farmed, though the best way to kill them is with a high powered mage, who at least has the level 45 skill. You can party with one, and offer to pick up the boxes, as that is what people have done with me before.
-- Another monster besides the cave leeches are ghost warriors. A level 55 fighter can take them easily, and they drop the gems, as well as transformation scrolls!
-- Abyss Gems do not drop too often, so you may not come out with too many. Usually I will exit with about 6 in an hours worth of time.
-- Once back in Moraden, there are two ways to use the gems.
-- Selling: You can merchant these gems, and hope that someone will buy them. The going price is around 1,000,000 Knight Noah for each gem. Remember, the higher the price, the longer you will be in merchant.
-- Trading them in: You can go to the operator Moria and trade in your abyss gems. Most of the time you will not get good items, but then there are rare times in which you will get high powered items that sell for a lot. I have heard the more you turn in at a time, the better the chances you will get a good item. Most people say to turn in around 50-100 at a time, but I think it is not necessary.

• Green and Pink Rice Cakes
• Health Pots
• Glutinous rice cakes: They have the special effect to change the size of your character for a set period of time (around 30 seconds).
• Low Class or Middle Class Weapons/Armor
Rare Items (Based off the experience of others):
• Shards (+1)
• Raptor (+1)
• Chitin (+1 usually)
• Crystal Armor
• Full plate armor (+5 usually)
• Salamander Staff
• Mirage Dagger
• Crimson Armor
• Iron Bows
• Totamic Spears
