If you get your armour pieces to +6 imbue in the game, you can forge elemental scrolls to make resonance armour(ESO GOLD). You need to go to the Ancestral Forge and set your +6 armour, element scroll of your choice, and an Ancestral Crystal which you can get from the Heaven Repository.
