Many player are got the answer that passive skill can not be equiped what you need for use this skill to put on item when you use passive skill in paldin. As we see the skill bar only allows you to place skills (and items) in it that require you to activate them. Since a passive skill is always active, you cannot place it in your skill bar. So, you can't put passive skills in your skill bar, but that doesn't matter. Passive skills are always active.

If you dont have nothing funtion it will appear that passive skill cant be equiped then when go for take skill in NPC, dont take this skill which because you have spend a point skill for havenot a funtion all this skill.
